We perform comprehensive inspections at both move-in and move-out to document the condition of the property, including high-resolution photos, videos, and 360-degree images. This ensures clarity regarding any damages that may have occurred during occupancy. Should there be any tenant-related damages noted at move-out, this documentation will support reasonable claims against the security deposit, making it difficult to dispute. Inspections are carried out approximately every three months, and the reports—including the visual documentation—are made available to you through your owner’s portal. Around 60 days prior to the lease expiration, we will conduct a renewal inspection to assess the property's condition and discuss the possibility of lease renewal.
